Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order from My Profile or Track Order while it is still placed, confirmed, or processing. Once it is shipped or delivered, cancellation is closed — use the returns process below instead.

• COD / unpaid orders are stopped immediately
• Paid online orders are marked refunded; money typically returns in 5–7 business days
• Coupons used on a cancelled order are released so you can use them again (if still valid)

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Solad Research Lab purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return

• Damaged or leaked products on arrival
• Wrong item or quantity received
• Manufacturing defect reported with photos
• Unopened products in original packaging (where applicable)

Not Eligible for Return

• Products used or opened (unless defective)
• Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging or batch details

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us with your order number and issue details
2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging
3. Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 24–48 hours
4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Refund amount equals the product value for approved returns
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
